Ok so IL has recently had some law changes that you can not be on your hand set in a construction zone or a school zone. I guess it

I haven't seen any reviews that favor one device or another on the Bluetooth front but for battery life I would get a cig lighter USB adapter and just plug the phone in when in the car. I do that myself for using GPS apps and it works great. I wouldn't upgrade the battery personally as I like the slimness of the phone.

I got an $18 bluetooth hands-free speaker that plugs into the car lighter that works just fine. Took a chance on it for Christmas out of a closeouts store called Big Lots. People say they hear me OK, so I'm happy. My earpiece sometimes gets complaints from people who report distortion and low volume, but that was with my previous phone. I haven't really tested my earpiece with the new Hero.
