Help Boost Marquee Stuck on LG Screen

Hey guys i got a Boost Mobile LG Marquee, Its stuck on the LG screen.

its never been rooted before, I booted it into the stock recovery and did a wipe/data reset and reboot, still stuck on LG screen.

Can somone please point me in the right direction?

Can i load a update.zip file to fix it?

There is no update.zip . You will have to use the kdz method, there's a couple guides in the root section
