    id like a couple people to test cm7 to make sure of the ril, it wont show status bars, but it should say boost mobile in notification area, and you should be able to make calls

    This. Is. Awesome.

    I installed over top of my ROM and I'm noticing super-smooth gameplay, not to mention the lag I used to get when playing ultra-high resolution videos is cut down to about a third of what I used to have.

    A couple other things...

    Would there be any downside to increasing the SD read-ahead to 2MB or 4MB? What about 8MB? Just a thought.

    Also, would it be feasible to increase the VM swap to 512MB or maybe even one gig? I mean, we have four of them just laying around after all... :D

    i can probably cut that down to no lag for ya.. i have some updated EGL Adreno libs, and things to enable hardware rendering, and turn off software rendering... give me a few to go through my stuff lol

    also, that wasnt sd read ahead.. that was Kernel/Memory Read Ahead, ive tried 2048 and so on, i dont notice any differences after 1024
