Root boot and bootloader

i understand that boot and bootloader are different. now heres an idea, theres an app called flashify on the playstore. it can flash boot images and recovery. now ik the security is locked down tightly. the security is partly in the bootloader and also in the kernel. now if there is a way to use this to flask a brand new boot image or kernel that would work well. now is there a way to use this app to flash a brand new bootloader or a modded bootloader for this phone. also can we zero in fully on the security with a script or app that can remove the security in the phone? ik someone out there has delt with pesky security ridden phones and found a way. i hope this can work otherwise the phone is a lost cause. now is there another phone that was locked down to a point of giving up on it and has been unlocked?
