Bought a new LG Connect 4G...General

    ...and within 3-4 days, it was giving me issues [the motion sensor was not working correctly and the screen would stay black for a very, very long time.]

    So i took it in and they told me they would replace it with a new one. When I received it, it wasn't new. It was refurbished. That's a bunch of crap. Paying $300 for a phone and then getting a refurbished one a few days later is not right.

    This will be my last phone with Metro.

    That really does suck because the new lg connects have the voLTE capability and if they gave you a refurb you probably lose that function.

    Yeah that's just bs. I've been saying it all along. I can't believe it's legal for companies to sell you a broken product and replace it with a refurbished. Which is basically... Another broken product.

    Really? LG actually replaced my connect with a new one, not metro. Odd.
