I bought, and yes I know that you get what you pay for, an Andida 1600 mAh (allegedly) battery from eBay for a whopping $8

The battery seems to be working fine, although the meter is completely screwed up

I unplugged the phone this morning at 7 a.m. and the battery starting going south faster than the value of my house. at 8:00 I was at 80%, bu noon it was in the 40's

It's amost 3p.m. and the darn thing has been running for two hours on the 5% indicator

That's about as much battery as I got from the battery that came with the phone, and this one so far looks like it's performing the same

But how can I fix the battery gauge? It's really annoying to see the battery widget red with a big ! on it

Watch the battery. I bought one and threw it in my phone before charging it to drain it completely down. Now the think will not recharge. I put my phone on the dock and all it does is constantly reboot.
