Help Bricked my phone! Help :)

Here's my story!

I had a Galaxy S3 GT-I9300 that i decided to have a little fun with.
I wanted to install Android 4.4.4 on it. Downloaded Clockworkmode/Arter97 kernel/Odin and all that.....!
I got the Android 4.4.4 working, but it had a few bugs. It kinda annoyed me, so i decided to take the phone back to its original by using "Samsung Kies"
So i plugged the phone in the USB, ran Samsung Kies Firmware upgrade. Got it installed. All good, atleast i thought. Untill my phone were about to reboot. It stops at the "Samsung" logo.
If i do the Samsung Kies Firmware Upgrade again, the same thing happends.

Is this because i installed it "above" the previous system?

Any help please?

I'm not a expert but I believe you need to flash the stock version via Odin not kies. Search this forum for better info.

Forgot to mention that ive used Odin aswell.

Checked "Auto Reboot" and "F. Reset Time"
Checked "PDA" and put this file into it "CF-Auto-Root-m0-m0xx-gti9300.tar.md5"

Nada happends. This wrong?

Nope, no backups. (I know I should have done it)
