    So WTF!

Things that stopped working that I have noticed about...

    My trackball light
    button lights
    led lights

And now I'v been late for work for 2 days...and I just noticed that my alarm sound doesn't work...if I go into alarms and pick which sound it does nothing!!!!

    Any help about this???

Same problem, no solution at this moment, Orange will delivery me another HTC Hero in a few days, back to factory defaults or hard reset don't work, and I'm sure your jackphone will not work too :(

Same here, did any of you root your phones, or install any apps lately? My headphone jack's not working either

No root, no out-of-market applications installed, only normal use I promise. My jack not work too.

Hmm, I emailed HTC, waiting for reply. Lots of people having this problem now. By the way I went to Madrid, very nice :)

This is definitely starting to look more like a design hardware fault as I'm seeing this crop up a bit more. Gonna have to keep an eye on my new handset after I swapped the old one out due to this issue.
