Budgerigar - Midi Sequencer - Android app on AppBrain
This is a pretty good little sequencer and uses midi instead of being sample-based like other Android sequencers I've tried, and it supports GM sounds so what you create are portable midi files you can play elsewhere. I sort of wish there were an oputput-to-mp3 feature but that likely would cause it to stutter. If anyone knows a GM midi-to-mp3 app for Android let me know
