Help calendar sync problem

Hello,

I'm wondering if someone could help me please...? When syncing, calendar items on my PC (Outlook 2010) are added to my phone calendar but phone items are not being added to my PC. What am I missing...

I had that problem a month or so ago.

After a lot of advice from HTC support, I gave up!

I now use google calendar, I sync my PC outlook calendar with it. The phone syncs both ways to google cal.

I'm a bit of an IT idiot so wasn't keen to make the switch, but it really was easy & works very well.

HTC Sync just gave up the ghost on phone - pc sync, so I gave up on that!

Thanks for your reply. It seems to be working again but interesting that, given your experience, it may not last... how annoying - don't remember seeing that in the glossy marketing! Oh well. I'll keep my fingers crossed it lasts a bit longer and then make the switch to google when I have to - not a fan of working out new stuff either!

HTC Sync caused me all sorts of grief. I can recommend MyPhoneExplorer as a free alternative but for calendar only then Google Calendar sync app is great.
