I called AT&T regarding the huge increase in RAM usage on my phone after ICS update and I asked if the rep would file a formal complaint on the increased RAM and to escalate it to tier 2. Whether or not he really did it...who knows. But I do know and he confirmed that enough people call in for the same reason that ATT will notice that and will have to put a fix out to keep its customers happy. So if you are seeing this issue be sure to call AT&T and make sure they know you are having it and ask them to write the complaint while you are on the phone. Hopefully in the next 2 months they will have caught on and fixed it!
