Help Call echo

I have an issue my callers are hearing echo on their end. I found on google this may be an issue with noise reduction and it may fix it to turn it off but if thats the case does everyone have this problem or am I having a hardware issue? Then again if others have the problem but not everyone it still may be a hardware issue, but one that is a common flaw.

I ask because I am still under my return period and need to know if I should exchange it or not.

My callers have not reported an echo.

I, however, experience one sometimes. It comes and goes. (More often that not, I'm using a bluetooth earpiece when it happens. Then again, there are very few times I'll be on a call when I'm not using bluetooth, so I can't say for sure whether my echo is phone-related, bluetooth-related, or those-bastards-at-Verizon-related.)
