call quality problem when loudspeaker

Hi guys!

I have a Nec Terrain

it would have been the world BEST over all phone if not bay these little things...

one of them...

the loud speaker,,, its strong, clear, powerful!
I have used it in very noisy environment and its just amazing and life saving!

BUT but but...
if I call, it is okey I listen to the people, and the people at the other side listen to me fine...
But if I receive the call, and I turn on the loudspeaker I hear the people in the other side perfect, but not they to me, they hear me in bad quality and choppy.
