Camera adapter for Note 10.1?

I was looking at tablets and found the Galaxy Note 10.1 but I was wondering if you can buy an accessory that lets you import photos from a SD card. If you already have a usb card reader, I found a super cheap usb otg cable for under $5 on ebay. You can also use it to connect other usb devices, printers, game controllers, hard drives... Works great used it to import my photos to test out the awesome photoshop touch app.
