Apps Can I have a scrollable list inside a swipeable ViewPager?

I'm looking for a 6 tab view where each tab has a ListView of items on it and you can scroll up or down on this list. Or you can click another tab and view another list on that tab. I can't seem to get both of these working together, I either get one view or the other, not both.

- If possible I'd like to be able to swipe left / right between tabs but this is not mandatory. The swiping left / right might interfere with the list view scrolling up / down.
- The list will only span halfway across the tab, the other half will have other information on it. I'd be okay with a requirement of swiping left / right outside the list only.

Yeah, this is totally possible. Lot's of great app examples out there too.
