Can i join 2 differents contacts with same email address?

I want to join many facebook contacts with another gmail contacts but they have different name. the only thing that same is the email address.

is there any way to join them? (not manually)

when you say, 'not manually' I assume you mean not by going into the contact entry & tapping on the link button because there are too many of them?

Doesn't facebook & gmail have some sort of contact import function on one or the other's website? Maybe you can use that?

Also, gmail website has some contact duplication management functions in it. maybe you can fix it there?

yes, every time i flash a rom i need to do it manually because my contact's names are in my language, and its sucks..

and not, i wanna join the contacts in my phone so i could see the facebook status and image when they calls, if i duplicat them in my gmail, its will not update the new images and status
