Any way to remove the unlock slider, so all I need to do is press the top button to access the phone?

There are some apps on the market that will disable it. I use Extended Controls, a paid app, because it has other functions I like. I think one of the others is Nolock but I'm not sure. You can't just disable it like you could before the update.

Is there any way to disable the slide lock but keep the pattern lock?
