Help Can I set a voice mail notification?

Just got my Droid and I'm trying to learn how to use it.

I want to set a vibrate notification for voicemails. How do I do that?

Also, when I select Silent for ringer and Vibrate for incoming calls, it seems to reset to Vibrate and Sound when the phone is turned off and then turned on later. How do I permanently set Vibrate only?

Everything you are looking for can be set in the settings/sounds and display screen from the main menu. When you are done, hit the back button and all should stay like that, even if you power your phone off.
