Can I use this phone in my country?

So I found this cheap phone on Amazon. Was wondering if I could use it here. I live in Norway, btw. This is the phone: Amazon.com: HTC One V Prepaid Android Phone (Virgin Mobile): Cell Phones & Accessories

This is a CDMA phone, so unless you have a network compatible with it, you may be able to. I'd be skeptical that there is any in Norway as they're likely all GSM (so you'll need the GSM version of the phone). Could be wrong.
Could you let us know which carrier you'd be choosing to use it on?

Well, I was thinking of using Telenor.

Telenor appears to be a GSM only network, so it will not work.
The GSM version is significantly more expensive:
