Not sure but :you could try "Java/J2ME Runner" free off the Android Market:

I have the same question. I have downloaded the J2ME Runner but it assumes that the JAR file is set up on the internet and that you'll pass the URL. If you happen to have the JAR file downloaded on your N1 it seems impossible to run it, even attempting to express the location as a URL doesn't work.

I've also tried finding it with the Astro File manager and running it from there, but the File manager seems to want to open it in Gallery rather than run it.

There should be some way of getting the N1 to execute the JAR file?

    Kind Regards
    Steve

Hi, I have just read about the J2Android application, which allows you to convert any J2ME to Android app. That sounds great to me, I will find out more as soon as I get my new android phone..

www.UpOnTek.com provides a great service of conversion of J2ME apps to Android. No need to send code (only jad/jar), quick and efficient service, which comes along with optimizations recommendations. Give it a try.

    Thanks,
    Michal

android does not support J2ME, so it will not able to run Java applications
If you have any J2ME application which you want to run on android to make best use of android api features and achieve best performance.
