Help Can not connect to Market Place

The other day My phone died completely so I did a hard reset.

Everything fine but for some reason I can not access my google/market place.

To get to my apps, I have to sign in through the market using my google account, Using the one I always try I can an error and also get it when I try to create a new one.

"Can't establish a reliable data connection to the server." Please contact your date provider.

Called T-mobile (UK) they have no idea, Tried some other forums which gave me an .apk but this doesnt work as It doesnt have a T-mobile UK setting... This is what I was given

Download Market Enabler, copy to device, tap to install
Open ME, select Settings List
Tap and hold on a carrier
select "fake this provider now" > allow"
------------------

This doesnt work as When you go to settings list It doesnt show UK carriers (Mine is T-mobile) and the ones there dont work.

Any help appriciated.

Mabey your APN settings ar incorrect or not set i had this after a hard reset..

Follow these steps to get to the apn settings:
1. Touch the Menu key
2. Touch Settings
3. Touch Wireless & networks
4. Touch Mobile networks
5. Touch Access Point Names

on this link you'll find the settings for T-mobile uk (It sais gprs but they use the same for 3G)

Ahh yes T-mobile went through that with me and it did nothing unfortunetely

Sorry I forgot to mention that, I forgot what it was they tried.

Go to settings->applications ->manage applications -> market

and select delete updates.
It will reset the markt i think this might help

There is no apps in there due to the fact I cant install any. Market isnt in as it is already built into the phone I guess

I fount this did not try it but it might work

'restart the phone without the SIM card, and connect to some WiFi  network, 
so you can login to your Google Account. 
It will log you into  the account, and then you can put the SIM card back.

Unfortunetly this did not work either. Im not sure how it would as its a market problem and not a T-mobile/internet problem

Try to reinstall the marketplace

I downloaded it. Clicked on it to start it and It says PARSE ERROR There is a problem parsing the package?

Dunno what that means

try another package it might be a bad upload but search google a bit for the market apk to find a working one

did you compleatley remove the marketbefore installing?

maybey you can use appbrain google appbrain.apk this is a market app this might also work

maby another idea since you've alredy hard resetted your phone you wont lose mutch.. but try flashing it compleatly..

go to the thread about honycomb android 2.3.2 and use that rom.

i've posted a thread with some common problems you can check it out and if the market doesnt work then, im all out of idea's

Thanks mate, Ive looked high and low and it looks this will be the only way.

Im not massively techy so Im quite worried about doing this myself But ill give it a shot

Yes guys, he is right. What you need to do is go to your settings, then your wireless & networks, then click on mobile networks and once there, click the "data enabled" box. This will put you back online. Good luck. One thing though, it didn't fix the gmail situation and I still can't get it to sync or load up but it's not a big deal since I don't use it. I'm sure it's something simple.
