Can someone help me pick a phone?

I'm currently rocking the Droid Incredible 2, but I know it's getting long in the tooth. It's a nice phone with great battery life, but it has no 4g and the camera is unimpressive so I'm looking for an upgrade. I'm hoping someone on here more knowledgeable than me can make a recommendation. This is what I'm looking for:

    - 4" screen
    - 4G
    - Good battery life (12 hours +)
    - Good quality camera
    - Needs to be something I can buy of CL, the classifieds, etc... for ~$200

I don't care for the 4.3" screen as my thumb just can't reach that opposite corner. I am a HTC Fanboy, but I'm willing to try something else at this point. I've tried the Rezound (too big) and the Incredible 4G (can't hold on to it.) I've never broken a phone before, but I've dropped and broken the Incredible 4G twice. There's something about the form factor, the weight, the shape, whatever that I can't hold on to. Before someone suggests an otterbox, the last time I dropped it the middle of the screen landed squarely on the corner of a concrete block so not even an otter box is going to save me from that.

Edit: I've toyed with the idea of trying out Windows Phone as well. Not interested in the iPhone.

Have a good long look at a windows phone before you get one, going from Android to that is painful for some although I haven't seen WP8 yet so they may have improved it..

All these are 4inch phones. Motorola droid 4,LG Lucid,Samsung galaxy s 4g,LG Viper 4g lte,. I'm sure a few more is out there but take a look at theses, they might not be the newest but a lot of the top phones that are a beast are over 4 inches.

I should add that I'm on VZW as that makes a difference obviously.

Suck it up and get the Droid Razr M on VZ. It's 4.3 inches, but it accounts for the touchscreen buttons as well. It's the closest you're going to get.

I agree with npro1464's statement, if you were willing to pay more, the RAZR M is the perfect phone for the stats you listed...

But for $200, getting 12 hours is gonna be tough with anything over light usage, except for the MAXX. Maybe the Rezound? it was a very underrated phone IMO.

The Rezound just sucks. I had two of them and found both of them to be lacking. The Razr M appeals to me. From the dimensions, it's almost identical in size to the Incredible 2. Definitely going to explore that. Does it run a skinned version?
