Root Can someone make a Smoked Glass Theme for stock 2.1/2.2 please?

This is the link to an older theme I found. I'm loving the way this looks and was hoping someone could port this or make it work for the Incredible? I'm sure others would be interested as well? I am rooted but not using a custom rom, just running stock 2.1 right now with undervolt Hydra Kernel, soon to be 2.2, so maybe you (whoever you may be) could make it compatible with both 2.1 and 2.2. Thanks in advance and I hope someone is interested in making this.
