Help can the AT&T S4 run custom ROMs?

You can install the latest CyanogenMod firmware, CM-12, for Android 5.0.2, Lollipop, to the AT&T variant, SGH-i337 (jfleatt).

It can run custom roms. It just depends on what baseband you're running. I'm running NC1 and can only use safestrap as a custom recovery. And you can only use the stock kernal to run a rom. I can only use touchwhiz roms but some devs have gotten roms from the Google Play edition S4 working.
