ive played paradise island, its good but its real time so its kinda slow. also theres dinosaur war, its about building lairs nd finding new things and making dinosaurs and exploring. theres also a game ive played a long time ago called virtual city. i think now they have addons for it, its basically exactly what you want . building your own city and managing it . hope this helps a bitt
