Here try these. The second one is a clear icon so you can use the ones on the dock. This is where I got them from.

It has docks from sense, blur, ninja blur and a few others
Its a great launcher

Is that a Windows7 phone running an android emulator? Look at the hard buttons - there is a Windows icon.

Looked at HeLauncher. Seemed Ok but I really don't want to set up any more home pages. Go Launcher is fine for me.
