Can't connect to 3GSupport

    For some reason I can't connect to 3g on my phone. I'm with o2 pay as you go and have 50MB of web free each month.

    I downloaded signal status for 3G which regularly tells me that my signal strength is around -83 dBm but when I try to connect to the internet it never connects and tells me their is a network error.

    Any idea why this may be?

    I had the same problem and returned it to a Telstra shop. They told me that incorrect codes had been installed at the factory. A few strokes of the keyboard and it worked. i have no idea what he did.
