Setup up your router to automatically assign IP addresses (it's called DHCP server).

Otherwise, just input gateway and primary DNS (no need for secondary) as your router IP address.

is there any other computers/phones connected to that network?
if yes its really easy to guess..

if you are using linux in the connected computer just write down to a terminal "ifconfig" without the quotes than you will see a screen like this the blackened part gives you the information about your routers/modems broadcast address (in your case Gateway is this) and Mask. you can add 8.8.8.8 and 4.2.2.2 as Dns1 and Dns2

If your computer is using windoz than first press win+r keys (at the same time) and right cmd to the box which appeared. after than you will see a black window which is called command line. enter "ipconfig" or "ipcfg" (sorry i don't remember the exact command but either one will work) you will see what you need.

(sorry i don't have a windoz box so i can't add screen shot)

Open Source Philosophy is something like this :)
what os are you using? windoz (yes i know its windows) or anything *nix (GNU/Linux, MacOs X *BSD)? If you use windoz, just give a try to GNU/Linux, Ubuntu maybe. You will be surprised how people can be helpful :) .
