Can't connect to internetSupport

    My phone was working fine for about 2 hours, now I cannot connect to the internet.

    I tried FB, google, other things to make sure it wasn't me and nothing. I can send texts but that's it.

    I really don't want to spend the next hour talking to VM just to be disconnected.

    is there some setting I'm missing? Wifi is not turned on but as I said, it was working before so I don't know why I cannot get on. Not sure where to start to trouble shoot this.

    I am new to android phones. Mine is running 2.3.4 My phone company has given me details to connect to the internet I can make all the entries untill I come to MMS Protocol as there is no place to enter the details. Can anyone help.

    Some people with the Optimus V have reported repeatedly running the activate app has helped them with issues like this.

    Another solution being reported is pulling the battery and holding down the power button for 30 seconds while the battery is uninstalled. Then putting the battery back into the phone and turning on the phone.

    Do you know anyone else with Virgin? Is there maybe an outage in the area?

    At my first Factory reset, I can connect to the internet, but after I reset it again because It has unusual traffic in google, I tried to reset the factory of my android again, now it can't connect to the internet properly, I can't install any applications or even to update applications anymore, what is the reason? What should I do?
