cant delete an empty folder

installed Go Launcher Ex then accidentally i create a folder. how can i delete it inside the apps drawer?

when i press it the only option is move to screen

there's no bin to drag. and when i move it to screen it can be moved but the folder remain

I am not completely familiar with golauncher, but i assume it works like others that allow you to put subfolders in the app drawer for organization. You'll have to go to the app drawer and then click the menu button and see if an option to manage or delete folders is there.

problem solved ! i tried to uninstall and reinstall Go Launcher Ex and thats it the folder is gone . thanks

I had the same problem trying to delete a folder in the app drawer. While searching for a resolution, I came accross this thread. I didn't want to uninstall and reinstall as peytal did, but FINALLY found how to accomplish the task. To remove a folder in the app drawer, long press on the folder icon and a pencil will appear in the top right corner. Click the pencil and a menu will come up allowing you to delete the folder.

Try pressing menu when you open the app drawer. You should see additional options.

I made a folder in the app drawer, couldn't figure out how to delete it cause I wasn't using it. Tried to delete it but couldn't. Finally clicked on it so that I could edit the name of the folder. Deleted the folder name and hit return, the folder was gone
