Can't download from Samsung Apps

Hi! I just made a new gmail account on my Galaxy S3. I thought of trying the "Samsung Apps" so I click on it. It went straight to the apps available, what I mean is it didn't ask me to create an account. When I try to download a free app, it says "ur account is disabled, to enable go to settings->application manager->samsung account". But I couldn't find this.. please help.. thanks..

If youve maybe disabled the samsung app by mistake, it will be in Settings, Applications, ALL, then scroll right to bottom of the list :thumbup:
