Help Can't even factory reset galaxy tab 2 10.1!

Got the newest update 4.2... Now it's stuck on the product splash screen and won't factory reset. Every time I try, it gets about 25 percent done then shows a red exclamation point over the android droid and quits.

I now have the coolest looking coaster or snack tray. Have already contacted Samsung directly on it's fantastic way of encouraging a consumer for more apple products.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You tried to hard reset with the volume up and power key?

Mr. Bond. Yep. Tried the hard reset. It gets about 25 percent then quits.

Going to try and pry this Bitch open and take out the battery and see what happens.

ors did this 3 months after buying. harvey norman replaced it

Anyone have any other solutions for this problem? Mine does the exact same thing at 25%?

Is there a way to just flash the thing through the computer or anything since hard reset does not work?
