    So I have done:

    - Installed Designgears Froyo last week

    Tonight:

    - Reinstalled stock ODIN firmware using 1 click method
    - Installed latest Cog
    - Baseband was invalid -- no cell service wanted to restore Froyo 2.2

    - Reinstalled stock firmware again

Now I can't enter download mode no matter what

    Phone off
    Hold both volume keys
    Plug in USB

shows battery light, this is with USB debugging on or off, tried a million times. ODIN always being run as admin

If you enable usb debugging and connect the usb cable you can send a "adb reboot download" or "adb download recovery" command and it'll reboot the phone into either download or recovery mode. You can find the adb.exe file in the sideload wonder machine

    Thanks peachpuff.

This seems to be working. I think I have a driver issue on my main desktop because I could never get adb to run. I installed everything on my wife's laptop and it seems to be working (as in flashing back to Froyo). Will report back soon
