I have an ATT Captivate Galaxy S...when using Astro to install my APK files...it tells me its not from the market and to protect me blah blah blah...is there a workaround option to force it to install? I heard ATT removed that option :/

There is actually an easier way to do it, doesn't require rooting or anything. Just get the Android Central Sideload Wonder Machine. It works great, haven't had any issues with it yet. All you have to do is turn on USB Debugging on your phone and plug it into your computer with the USB cable, it does the rest.

Sideload Android apps all you want with the Sideload Wonder Machine | Android Central
