Cant Login to Facebook / Messenger

Hi All,
Have a brand new Galaxy S7 edge running on the Optus network here in Australia. Have downloaded the Facebook and Messenger Apps as part of setting up the phone for myself.

When I attempt to log into Facebook or Messenger it tells me that the Internet is not available and cant login. The phone has full 4G data access and I can log into Facebook via the phones browser with no issues.

Any advice would be appreciated.

It's a Facebook bug. I'm also experiencing bugs with Facebook on 4G. Works perfect when on WiFi though. Despite the fact that other apps work fine on 4G.

Thanks but its not working on wifi either. I just tried logging in on another handset (galaxy s6 edge +) and no issues its only on the s7 that i cant log in.

If the rest of the phone is working ok on the connection except for Facebook, I'll be looking at a problem with Facebook app instead of the phone.
