Can't make or get calls anymore..

Got one call had tons of static and a bzzz noise. Now I can't make or get them... Still in 30 days.. Shouldn't be a problem to get an exchange right?

Inside of one year you can get a repair or exchange. There is a one year warranty. You have a broken phone.

It shouldn't be a problem getting a new one, if there is one in-stock. You might be waiting several days to a couple of weeks to get your replacement.

When you say, "I can't make or get" a call, do you mean that you're not able to receive and make a call or you can't hear the people on the other side?

Just to test if it's a blown speaker, try using the speaker phone. It's a separate speaker that should work if it's a blow earpiece speaker. Either way you need to get it replaced.

Yea just go get a new one or get on the list. I would call Sprint C/S and have it documented on your account that your phone is bad and you need a replacement within your 30 day period, just in case you can't get a new one right away from Best Buy.

Or a wired or BT headset. If it's a speaker this will carry you till exchange.
