Help can't receive my Outlook emails after upgrade

Hi
Upgraded my note to the 4.42 ( ok so was auto upgrade) and ever since I can not receive emails from outlook. It says it syncs.
Can receive my work emails and g-mail so only outlook is the problem.
I haven't changed any settings and I can send emails.
Any ideas?
