Can't send MMS, but can receive

Hi I have a Droid X, flashed to Cricket. In the beginning I could send MMS with no problem, but here the last week or so, I have to turn the phone off, take out the battery, take out the SD card, put them back in, turn the phone on just to send one MMS. I would have to do that for every pic I wanna send. Is there any way to fix this? Is it perhaps the SD card needing to be replaced? Or what?

My camera messes up like that. Won't save a pic unless restarted. I thinks it's a combo of the last update and the sd card.

Well I was told to turn on airplane mode for five seconds then turn airplane mode back off. Worked for me
