I wanted to backup the Cognition ROM i just flashed to. I clicked "backup current ROM". Then it took me to the reboot screen. Do I select reboot now or reinstall packages to save the ROM?

it should take you to the clockwork recovery menu, not the regular recovery menu, and from there you select backup/restore.
