I'm in the same market. Unfortunately it won't work with the generic I was using for my BB as the Moment's side button placement puts them under pressure from the side clamps. There are some wider generics meant for GPS use and I may try to go that route.

I've been using this windshield mount that I bought at Best Buy. It works pretty well for both my Moment and TomTom.

I got one off ebay with a generic car charger that works well. It will occasionaly press my search button but I cna hit home and that stops. It was a pain when I had nuance on their.

This is what I use. It holds it well and gives easy access to the charger port. Also, it can be adapted to shift the arms so that it will not cover the speaker on the back of the phone. Plus, you can remove that extra piece at the top... it's not at all necessary.

this is what I bought, is mounts to your a/c fan or the windshield, I use the ac mount, it keeps the phone cool while it is running and is easy to access the phone

Copy and paste that item # into the ebay search to find the item. Honestly, KiddK1's looks like it is manufactured by the same people that made mine, but it's grips are on the sides of the phone, not the top/bottom. I wonder if that obstructs access to plugging in a charger, or hitting other side buttons?

I use the windshield mount for mine. Though I have it set so low on the windshield that it rests on the dash. Doing it that way makes it easier to trigger the release button on the bottom when removing the phone.

Honestly, it is. Good observation.
It is the MFing beast of all windshield mounts that I have seen when not in use. Though when the Moment is loaded into it, the grips and a little bit of the mount are all that you see (aside from the phone). However, like I said above, I set it so low on my windshield that it rests on the dash. The top of it sits just below the windshield wipers in my line of sight. So despite its size, my view is not obstructed at all by it.

I use a couple of the ones that CriticalCritic posted. They work very good and can rotate horz or vert. You can open the keyboard and that extra foot will keep the phone from falling out. I have one stuck to my desk, holds the phone at a nice angle off the desk top.

I get out about 12 hours now before it goes to 15%. I am very happy with that.

My day starts at 7:45 am, and then I go to bed anytime after 9 - 12pm. So I'm using it average of about 14 hour a day.
