Root CDMA Script - for use in canada

I live in canada and i have been told that there is a way to run a special script that allows the HTC Incredible to run on the networks here. ive heard about people getting the phone to work here, and i know that the first step is to root it, which ive done. can anyone guide me somewhat as to how i might be able to run such a script?
