Download mode allows you to flash custom software/firmware to your device via ODIN or other methods. This option is for advanced users only.

So far I've only seen a CWM on area51 for the Centura. Need VIP as of now, but I think it's coming soon.

Know of any devs that need beta testers for this phone? If not I might look into making a ROM myself....

I know it has been a while since you provided this information and I understand that the download mode is something for advanced users but what exactly does the recovery mode do. I have lost some of my files, pictures mostly and I think it is due to lost thumbnails. Would this help me?

Ik this post is old but I did a root on my centura and done a system reset now the phone doesn't register it has a is can u help

ok everyone i'm a total novice in cell phone tech! i'm lost in cellspak! does anyone know where i can get centura for dummies!? no downloads plz can't open files! lol
