Moving this to the Applications forum, and dropping a direct Google Play link for anyone that wants to try it out: [root] Pry-Fi.

I've got it running on my Nexus 4, and it seems pretty handy. I don't seem to be able to get the "random MAC while connected" option to work (always throws Authentication Errors when trying to connect), but the random MAC for scanning looks to be working quite nicely.
