Challenge! Can you root this device?!

Hi All,

I have a Ebest S8 and are very happy with the device. However so far it seems Unrootable! I have tried binary, other methods, root software and root apk's. But no success so far :/ The Proccessor is a MTK6577

Btw cannot do anything related to recovery mode (its in chinese xD)

Does anyone think this is rootable?

You might be able to put in a request with those developers. They specialize in devices that don't have an established root community.

Wow! Thanks for the reply. Looks like thats my best bet I will try to do a scan with X-Ray, just to see for any exploits.

Maybe possible, although you might have to be fluent in technical Chinese, and use Baidu rather than Google.
