Help change default bluetooth call behavior?

Is it possible to configure bluetooth phone headset behavior as follows?
When answering a call, the audio defaults to the handset, but the bluetooth remains connected.


Also, when I transfer to speaker phone, it always goes to 100% volume until adjusted, after which it jumps back to the previous level. Is it possible to change this so it just goes straight to the previous volume?
