I thought that there was a default setting to change all numbers in Contacts to list a particular number (mobile, home, work, ect). I would like all of my contact's primary numbers to call home numbers and not mobile numbers. However, some of them are set to Work as primary while others are set to Home. How do I change this? Thanks

Not sure how to do it as a MASS change, but individually u just long press on the number and it gives u the option to set it as the primary number.

    1. Open the contact you want to change.
    2. Long hold on the number you like to be primary.
    3. Select Set as primary number.

I know how to do it to each individual contact. I remember seeing a way to set a default for all contacts, however I cannot seem to find it now. maybe it was done away with in 2.2
