I got sick of my Incredible getting covered by papers on my desk, so I started using an old business card holder to keep it upright. A bit of Dremel work and now I can have it charging while it's in there as well.
You could probably get fancy with different card holders, but the one I used is the basic plastic one available at most office stores for under $1.
