my chinese 7" android netbook wont power up. When i turn it on, the green android appears but nothing happens. it appears fully charged, HELP

I'm sure device's software has become corrupted, rendering it bricked. It's something that can sometimes happen with these Chinese Androids. To fix it, you'd have to find a software download(ROM) from the manufacturer's website.

Do you know who made the device(if it's branded) and a model number. Faling that you'll have to RMA it to where you bought it from, for replacement or refund.
