I would like to point out that city ID points to your phone numbers location. Now this is confusing but hear me out. Let's say my girlfriend bought her phone in wilsonville, Oregon. But she moves back to Lawton, OK. Her cityID still says wilsonville, Oregon because thats where THAT number is associated. Reason being, they share landline area codes. Whatever your CityID is, tells you where your phone number is local basically.

Correct. Each phone is set up with a number based on the location address. CityID just tells you where the number is set up.
