cleaning cache

    I used to be able to clean my cache from settings manage apps filter ETC... but now with 2.2 I cannot , anyone know how ?

    Isn't it under each individual app under manage apps?

    yes but would like to do it just once and clean everything , that would take forever

    there are cache cleaner apps. seems they can clean most caches, but not all 100%.

    there is an app out there that clears it all at once....someone told me about it, why i didn't DL it right then is beyond me. now i cannot remember or find it in the market. hopefully someone can point us in the right direction...i have confidence in the Androidforums members :)

    cachemate is for rooted users BUT the cache has to be in it's list to clean and in some cases, there are caches it does not list. For example News & Weather and that can grow with cached images and news stories
